ACTIVE MEDITATIONS
Active Meditations were created by the Indian mystic Osho for the contemporary
man.They
are designed to move your state of being from activity to silence. The
various techniques offered use different methods to suit different types
of people. There are soft techniques like Nadabrahma and more vigorous
techniques like Dynamic.
All active meditations use breath, sound, movement and some form of
catharsis to prepare the ground for relaxation and silence. Then meditation
becomes easy.
